Wilted greens with toasted breadcrumbs

Portion Size: 4 oz.
Ingredients:
4 lbs. Swiss chard or other hearty greens, chopped coarsely
½ cup olive oil or butter
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped garlic
Tabasco sauce, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup Balsamic vinegar
Breadcrumbs:
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 T. olive oil
2 tsp. fresh chopped garlic
Directions:
Heat oil or butter in a large skillet. Add onion and cook for 5 -7 minutes until tender.
Add garlic and continue to cook for 3 minutes more.
Add Swiss chard and stir to coat.
Season to taste with Tabasco, salt and pepper.
Add vinegar and cook until well heated and greens are wilted. Can also add water or vegetable stock if necessary, to prevent sticking.
For breadcrumb topping, mix crumbs with olive oil and garlic.
Spread on a baking sheet and toast in a 425º F. oven until golden brown.
Top greens with breadcrumbs just before serving.
